Squad composition

How the 29-player squad breaks down by position, as published by American for 2026-27. Players listed at two positions are counted at both, since they provide cover in either.

• Goalkeepers4
• Defenders11
• Midfielders6
• Forwards8

Who is leaving, and when

6 of the 29 are in their final year, so on current form that many places open up next summer — 21% of the squad. A redshirt year does not change this: a redshirt senior leaves when a senior does.

Going by position: 3 defenders, 2 midfielders, 1 forward.

• Freshman10

  3 goalkeepers3 defenders3 midfielders1 forward

• Sophomore8

  4 defenders2 forwards1 goalkeeper1 midfielder

• Junior5

  4 forwards1 defender

• Senior (final year)6

  3 defenders2 midfielders1 forward

• Graduate (final year)0

Final-year groups are shown in amber. A player listed at two positions is counted under each of them, since they provide cover in either, so the positions on a row can total more than the row itself. Redshirt players are counted in the year they are listed for.

Recent results

Overall record across the last 3 seasons. Soccer is a fall sport, so each season runs from August to a championship in December of the year shown. The NCAA files them by academic year, so the 2025 season appears as 2025-26 on its own site.
