Squad composition

How the 36-player squad breaks down by position, as published by Augustana (SD) for 2026-27. Players listed at two positions are counted at both, since they provide cover in either.

• Goalkeepers3
• Defenders12 (10)
• Midfielders16 (11)
• Forwards10 (7)

5 players are listed at two positions; the figure in brackets counts only single-position players.

Who is leaving, and when

9 of the 36 are in their final year, so on current form that many places open up next summer — 25% of the squad. A redshirt year does not change this: a redshirt senior leaves when a senior does.

Going by position: 4 forwards, 3 midfielders, 2 defenders.

• Freshman12

  5 defenders5 midfielders3 forwards1 goalkeeper

• Sophomore12

  7 midfielders3 defenders2 goalkeepers2 forwards

• Junior3

  2 defenders1 midfielder1 forward

• Senior (final year)8

  3 midfielders3 forwards2 defenders

• Graduate (final year)1

  1 forward

Final-year groups are shown in amber. A player listed at two positions is counted under each of them, since they provide cover in either, so the positions on a row can total more than the row itself. Redshirt players are counted in the year they are listed for.

Recent results

Overall record across the last 3 seasons. Soccer is a fall sport, so each season runs from August to a championship in December of the year shown. The NCAA files them by academic year, so the 2025 season appears as 2025-26 on its own site.
