Squad composition

How the 30-player squad breaks down by position, as published by UT Martin for 2026-27. Players listed at two positions are counted at both, since they provide cover in either.

• Goalkeepers3
• Defenders8 (6)
• Midfielders14 (7)
• Forwards11 (6)

7 players are listed at two positions; the figure in brackets counts only single-position players. 1 player has no position published.

Who is leaving, and when

9 of the 30 are in their final year, so on current form that many places open up next summer — 30% of the squad. A redshirt year does not change this: a redshirt senior leaves when a senior does.

Going by position: 5 midfielders, 4 forwards, 2 goalkeepers, 1 defender.

• Freshman8

  5 midfielders3 defenders2 forwards1 goalkeeper

• Sophomore6

  3 defenders2 midfielders2 forwards

• Junior6

  3 forwards2 midfielders1 defender

• Senior (final year)6

  3 midfielders2 forwards1 goalkeeper1 defender

• Graduate (final year)3

  2 midfielders2 forwards1 goalkeeper

Final-year groups are shown in amber. A player listed at two positions is counted under each of them, since they provide cover in either, so the positions on a row can total more than the row itself. Redshirt players are counted in the year they are listed for. 1 player has no class year published and is not counted above.

Recent results

Overall record across the last 3 seasons. Soccer is a fall sport, so each season runs from August to a championship in December of the year shown. The NCAA files them by academic year, so the 2025 season appears as 2025-26 on its own site.
